BUDGET TIME!!!!

The legislature may vote on a State Budget as early as next week.

Once again every lawmaker will be asked to vote on amendments that offer reasonable restrictions on the current practice of unlimited
Medi-Cal funding of abortion.

The state offers this funding as a result of the unconstitutional judicial imposition  of an abortion mandate (The Myers  decision).

Conscientious representatives contest this   decision, not only on account of the fact that these are human  abortions, and these are humans being aborted; but because the Court  does not have constitutional authority to tax and to spend on ANY  matter.

(Remember, one of the basic operating principles of our form of government is, "No taxation without representation!")

Each year the Democrat-controlled Assembly and Senate view these as "hostile amendments" and votes to have these Amendments tabled. How will your representative vote? Will any Democrats stand for Life?

Contact your state representative, both Assemblymember and State Senator, and urge them to please support the reasonable restrictions that will be offered on the current "unlimited-abortion tab" we taxpayers currently pay for!
